«The Distinction.

The mental spirit is the territory each human being must learn to regain in order to benefit from a real identity. For now, the histories in the soul of a people contribute to providing kinds of identities to individuals. Each group has a collective memory upon which the individual without a pre-established personal identity leans. For example, the difference between Americans and Quebecers is that the soul of Americans has been programmed for positivism, for the glory of the hero, and from that they have created a collective belief, accessible to everyone through ideology. American dynamism then comes from the fact that their soul is plugged into the collective memory of the winner. But, through this ideology, people lose an essence recovered by monopolies. Individuals lose their personal identity as they entertain the hopes of earning a status. However, the many images enabling them to think of themselves as above the human condition do not provide them with personal identities, since ideology has the effect of deforming the reality of the human condition.

When brains are structured according to a collective ideology, it is not individuals that shine, but the nation as a whole that endows individuals with force and shines again through them. In Quebec, the nation does not give us force and does not shine again through the Quebecer; it is the Quebecer himself or herself. Accordingly, the collective cannot appropriate an individual's success, cannot create a system through him or her. For this reason, individuals really must not doubt themselves in order to assume their own success. The "winning" Quebecer does not live by the memories in the soul of a people who register a "losing" history. The collective spirit of the Quebec nation does not feed the success of the modern Quebecer. It is assumed by the force of the Spirit individually. In this way, the Quebec spirit is resounding.

So the general difference between American and Quebecois brains comes from the fact that the former is supported by the memory of the collective American soul, which is positive, while the Quebecer is plugged directly into a fountain of spheres of Creation that the collective does not validate. These spheres of Creation place the individual in contact with a knowledge that tends to expel the dominating, animal nature of humans as it illuminates the soul (contrary to the American nation that looks to conquer more and more territory through the successes of its citizens). This is why the Quebecois spirit is concentrated in energy and why its productivity, rather than creating tensions, brings on a new vitality: Quebecois projects benefit the planet as soon as the individual becomes initiated to receiving this high-voltage charge of knowledge, as well as the wisdom and proper judgment to use it. The individual is, from then on, a responsible universal citizen. In this way, Quebecois sovereignty runs through the interior autonomy of each person and not through the solidary forces of the people. From the moment when each individual must assume an interior identity, the precariousness of the Quebec independence movement becomes obvious, at the present time.

The Humanitarian Aspect of the Quebec Spirit

Quebec is one of the important planetary centers of Revelations supporting the great humanitarian projects, whose goals are finally healing the world's wounds and offering it the necessary tools to leave its misery behind. Because of the collective pilgrimage of the Quebecois people, due to their having developed human, and not heroic, values, they are suited to receive the fiat lux granting them access to Revelations. At the same time, they serve as their guardians.

Ideal Conditions For Alchemy

The Quebecer has been initiated into perfect conditions for the Spirit to pass through the soul of the people. It is not man that shines above the others by superior social rank, but the Spirit of the individual over his or her soul.»
